Producers are getting smarter!

It has been brought to my attention while watching TV one night last week that the producers are getting smarter and seeing a niche area with reality TV - and actually doing something useful with it.

Now we all know how the times changes and so do peoples perception and ways of communication; however with the influx of reality TV among audiences - with regards to all audiences the response has been huge. There is a new reality TV show which I think will make a difference in the way people see each other and the way communities respond to other communities around them. 

The show is called Secret Millionaire. It is critically acclaimed and award winning. The primary objective of this show is to provide a "birds eye" view for a week into cultures that the millionaires not necessarily aware of or maybe judge the people in these areas too quickly. At the end of this week, the millionaires will give $125,000.00 to a person(s) that they believe are in need and will use it with good intention to provide a better living situation - mentally, physically and emotionally.  

For this type of reality TV show to air and make an impact on society especially considering the economic upset/recession and also the time of year... it may make the christmas season a less advertised holiday and ultimately giving the a real meaning to christmas... other then being bombarded with extravagant gifts. Not only is it a great time of year, but as I previously stated about the economic upset/recession it is a reminder that instead of living or dreaming of a life style that the life and family and friends you have are more then the desired lifestyle of these millionaires. 

In that same thought, I am sure that the majority of the millionaires that sign up to do this TV show have worked their way to where they are and understand most trial and errors about life and the falls ones will take to achieve, they just got lost and now are getting back to what is really important in life.
